Tokugawa Ieyasu is a legendary commander in Rise of Kingdoms (specializing in “Infantry,” “Garrison,” and “Defense”). Tips

Tokugawa is a commander for long sieges: place him where the enemy needs to rally many times in a row. A quick assault doesn’t faze him; what’s dangerous is a prolonged lull—then his buffs go to waste.
