Julius Caesar — Rise of Kingdoms commander: skills, talents, builds (2026)

Julius Caesar is a legendary hero in Rise of Kingdoms. He is popular for defending or attacking cities, forts, or flags thanks to his ability to increase damage and defense by 20 to 30 percent.

He is an event commander and the greatest ruler. His statues can be obtained from golden keys in the tavern.

Julius Caesar’s 5-5-1-1 is the minimum upgrade level for this commander; after that, you can unlock the 4th star and, in principle, stop there. Don’t waste universal sculptures on him—it’s simply not worth it.
