One of the strongest heroes in the game is Cao Cao.
Which talents should you level up for Cao Cao?
Here are two build options:
Cao Cao is a fully playable commander at 5-1-1-1. As you continue to level him up, there’s a chance you’ll skip the second skill—Qingzhou Army— and instead randomly unlock the third—Tiger Knight—or the fourth skill, which provides bonuses to cavalry attack, march speed, rage regeneration, and healing.
This build path seems decent, and a commander built with minimal investment might even outperform some Epic commanders. You can use him with Pelayo at first—they’ll work great together. Cao Cao’s 5-1-1-1 build is the minimum investment, leaving room for future upgrades to this commander.
