Grow a Garden is Roblox's biggest hit of 2026: a tranquil garden simulator where plants grow even when you're not in the game. But behind the simple facade lies a deep system of mutations, weather events and rare seeds. This guide will help you quickly gain profit and grow crops for millions of shekels.

Where to start for a beginner

Buy your first seedsat Sam's Shop - inventory changes every 5 minutes, so check back often.
Start with cheap and fast crops(carrots, strawberries) and reinvest the profits in more expensive seeds.
Gradually switch to reusable plants— they do not need to be replanted after each harvest, and at a distance they are more profitable than disposable ones.
Don't sell your crops right away- wait for mutations, more about them below.

Mutations are the main source of money

Mutations increase the price of the fruit tenfold and arise from weather events, thunderstorms, tools and pets. The multipliers of different mutations add up, so fruit with multiple mutations is astronomically expensive. Examples of multipliers (developers can change the values with updates):

Wet(rain) - x2;Chilled/Frozen(frost) – x2 / x10;
Gold— x20;Rainbow— x50;
Shocked(lightning strike in a thunderstorm) - up to x100;
The rarest event mutations (Celestial, Disco, Dawnbound and others) - x120–150 and above.

Strategy: Don't pick expensive fruits right away - leave them in the garden and wait for weather events and thunderstorms to introduce more mutations. Lightning Rods significantly increase Shocked chance.

Weather events

The weather changes automatically and affects the entire server: rain accelerates growth and gives Wet, thunderstorm adds the chance of Shocked, frost - Frozen. Admin events (they are launched by developers, usually before updates) bring the rarest mutations - follow the announcements and log into the game at these moments.

Pets and equipment

Petseggs provide passive bonuses: some accelerate growth, others increase the chance of mutations or help harvest. Eggs are bought in the pet store, which is also updated on a timer.
Gear Shop Tools: Lightning Rod, Mutation Spray, Master Sprinkler to speed up growth - save up for the one that covers your main goal first.

What seeds to buy

Seed rarity: Common → Uncommon → Rare → Legendary → Mythical → Divine → Prismatic. The higher the rarity, the more expensive the fruits and the longer the plant appears in the store. Universal advice: keep in your beds a mixture of quick crops “for money” and 2-3 expensive reusable plants “for mutations”. Go to the game to update the store - rare seeds are sorted out in minutes.
