“How do you even get through Minecraft?” - a question that regularly comes up in the community: the game does not lead by hand, and many build and dig for years without ever seeing the credits. Meanwhile, the game has a “walkthrough”: the final boss is the Ender Dragon. We have compiled a complete route from the first day to the credits, analyzed the battle step by step and added typical mistakes from hundreds of player comments.

Route: from spawn to the Edge

Stage 1. Survival and base. The first days are classics: wood, stone tools, shelter, food. The goal of the stage is a stable source of food and a bed (it sets the spawn point).

Stage 2. Iron and diamonds. We go down into the mines: iron armor, bucket, shield. Then - deeper, for diamonds (detailed guide: at what altitude to look for diamonds). Minimum required: diamond pickaxe, enchanting table, sword.

Stage 3. Nether. We build a portal from obsidian (10–14 blocks) and light it. Goals in Nether: ifrit rods from the infernal fortress (needed for fire powder) and edge pearls - it is given by endermen and trade with piglins for gold. Crafted from rods and pearls Eye of Ender - the key to the ending. You will need 12–15 pieces with a reserve: some will break during use.
