Tales of Eternia Remastered - the cult JRPG from the first PlayStation will return on October 15

On October 15, Tales of Eternia Remastered will be released on PC, an updated edition of the classic JRPG from the era of the first PlayStation. Work on the remaster is being carried out by the TOSE studio under the publishing house Bandai Namco.

Two worlds on the verge of disaster

The plot introduces Eternia, a world split into two isolated kingdoms: Inferia and Celestia. In the lost village of Racheans, young man Reed Hershel and his childhood friend Farah Ørsted meet a mysterious girl named Meredy. While figuring out where it came from, the heroes learn about the coming Great Crash - a catastrophe that will destroy both worlds. Harnessing the power of the elemental spirits, the great Krimels, the party sets out on a journey to save Inferia and Celestia.

Same game, but more convenient

The A-LPBS combat system remains the same: dynamic 2D action with long combos and interaction with partners. But the passage has become noticeably more comfortable - target indicators have been added, the ability to disable random encounters with enemies and an acceleration mode for auto-combat. For those who are nostalgic, it is possible to switch graphics modes and sound effects in the style of the original.
