"Star Wars Zero Company" is now available on PS5 and Xbox—a tactics game from the creators of XCOM
Bit Reactor, in collaboration with Respawn Entertainment and Lucasfilm Games, has released the tactical RPG *Star Wars: Zero Company*. The game launched on August 28, 2026, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
The game features turn-based tactical combat in the spirit of the XCOM series, but set in the Star Wars universe. Players must assemble a squad of diverse characters—from stormtroopers to former Jedi—and carry out secret missions across the galaxy.
The story takes place in the aftermath of the Republic’s fall. The protagonist is a former Imperial agent who forms his own squad of mercenaries to carry out dangerous missions on the galactic frontier.
A key feature of the game is the character progression system and squad customization. Each fighter has unique abilities, a skill tree, and equipment. The developers promise over 40 hours of campaign play and procedurally generated missions for the career mode.
The Standard Edition costs $60, while the Deluxe Edition, which includes additional characters and cosmetic items, costs $80.
