S-GAME has announced the final release date for Phantom Blade Zero: the release will take place on October 29, 2026 on PC (Steam and Epic Games Store) and PlayStation 5. The game has been postponed 50 days from the originally announced date - September 9; According to the developers, additional time was spent on polishing the combat system and optimization.

Phantom Blade Zero is a “kung fu-punk” action-RPG on Unreal Engine 5. The main character, a sword master named Soul, received a mortal wound in the heart and has been living for the last 66 days. He was accused of murdering his own teacher, and now, hiding from his pursuers, Soul travels through the world of Wulin, uncovering a conspiracy that has entangled the entire fighting community.

Combat system and weapons

The combat system is based on authentic Chinese martial arts: fight directors from the era of classic wuxia films worked on the animations. The arsenal includes more than 30 main types of weapons and over 20 unique Phantom Blades, obtained from defeated enemies.

Pre-orders open August 11, 2026, with the Deluxe Edition including exclusive skins, digital art book, and soundtrack. The game has already passed the gold-master stage - the release version has been sent for disc production.
