No Rest for the Wicked has been postponed: version 1.0 will be released in March 2027, not this October

No Rest for the Wicked will not leave Early Access this year. On September 1, Moon Studios announced on the official website that version 1.0 was being postponed from October 2026 to March 2027 . The full release was supposed to take place simultaneously on PC and PlayStation 5.

What is known about the transfer

The studio explains the decision by the desire to bring the game to the desired level of quality. The developers remind you that a major cooperative update Together was released in January 2026, after which No Rest for the Wicked essentially became a full-fledged game without a final plot point: more than 15 regions, redesigned progression and co-op for up to four players.

But October will still bring news. As part of the Wicked Inside show, the studio will show a new class system: 24 classes, more than 280 traits, 6 trait slots and 6 factions . The entire system will be available in open beta in December - until the 1.0 release, all classes can be tried for free.

Let us remind you that No Rest for the Wicked has been in early access since April 2024. In 2025, Moon Studios bought the rights to the game from the publishing house Private Division and became completely independent, and sales only accelerated after that. Versions for Xbox and Switch 2 are still not announced.
