Little Nightmares 3 received the final expansion The Shores

On September 30, 2026, The Shores expansion for Little Nightmares III was released. This is the second and final episode of the Secrets of the Spiral season pass, which continues the story of the duo Lowe and Elloun.

The Shores takes the heroes beyond the familiar setting of Spiral - to an eerie coastline, where new mysteries, new dangers and new encounters with the distorted inhabitants of the nightmare await them. According to Bandai Namco, the add-on invites heroes to “face their childhood fears.”

What's inside The Shores

Like the main game, the expansion can be played with two players in online co-op or with an AI-controlled partner. Each character has their own tool: Low uses a bow to reach distant targets and cut ropes, and Elloun uses a wrench to destroy obstacles and operate machinery.

The DLC is available separately or as part of the Secrets of the Spiral Season Pass. The first expansion, The Backstage, was released in June 2026 and took the action into the darkest part of Carnavale.
