Elizabeth I in Rise of Kingdoms: official crash course from the developers
On September 25, 2026, the official Rise of Kingdoms channel published a new video from a series of guides - a crash course on the legendary commander Elizabeth I. The video is short but dense: in a few minutes the developers go through the main things you need to know about this commander.
Who is Elizabeth I
Elizabeth I is the legendary commander of England in Rise of Kingdoms, known in the game as Queen Gloriana. The commander is focused on strengthening rifle squads: her skills work to strengthen allied troops in battle, so she is most often placed in support marches or used as a second commander paired with the main damage dealer.
What was covered in the crash course?
- the appointment of a commander and her strengths in marches;
- priority of upgrading skills and key talents;
- situations in which Elizabeth I is at her best.
Crash courses from the official channel are primarily useful for new and returning players: they briefly piece together what the community usually figures out through trial and error. If you're just collecting sculptures for legendary commanders, this video will help you decide whether Elizabeth I is worth investing in for your playstyle.
The video is available on the official Rise of Kingdoms YouTube channel.
