ARC Raiders has received a Frozen Trail update with the largest map in the history of the game

On October 8, 2026, Embark Studios' co-op shooter ARC Raiders released a major update to Frozen Trail . Its central part is the new location Pendola Pass , the snowy border of the Rust Belt, which the developers call the largest map in the history of the game.

In addition to the location, the update added the Weapon Amplification system - the fifth quality level, available for fifteen types of weapons. The raiders' arsenal was replenished with two new guns: Stiletto and Bantam.

What else is new in Frozen Trail?

• Fortified Outposts that can be captured and held;
• new models of hostile ARC vehicles, including a massive vessel that raiders can throw up and destroy from the inside;
• Reward Pass battle pass with free, premium and legacy reward branches;
• gadget camera for filming, accordion and banjo instruments, stencils for weapons;
• reworked skill tree.

The developers separately noted that the update revises the progression balance and prepares the game for future content.
