ANOMALITH - an anime shooter about survival in anomalous zones of Japan will be released on October 28

Publisher FURYU will release on October 28 the anime shooter ANOMALITH - a story about Japan, which is overrun by mysterious anomalous zones: endless corridors, forgotten spaces with retro aesthetics of the Showa era and creatures from other people's nightmares.

The main character is seventeen-year-old schoolgirl Reona Minazuki , who applies to the government Bureau for Counteracting Anomalous Zones to find her missing friend Arisu Kato. After the initiation ritual, she becomes a Diver, capable of entering anomalies, and during her first dive she awakens a strange power in herself - and remains the only survivor in the squad.

Survival in liminal spaces

Players will have to explore dangerous zones, fight anomalous creatures and unravel mysteries that will be connected with Reona herself. The heroine is voiced by Hitomi Ueda, known for her roles in anime series.

ANOMALITH will be released on October 28, 2026 on PC. The demo is already available on Steam.
