Terraria Secrets: all secret seeds, Travel mode and cheats (August 2026)

There are no console cheats in Terraria in the usual sense - instead, the developers have built something better into the game: a Travel mode with a legal “god mode” and a duplication of items, as well as dozens of secret seeds that completely change the generation of the world. After the major update 1.4.5, there are more than forty of them, and now the seeds can be combined. This article contains all the secrets of Terraria: from endless resources to the craziest worlds.
Travel Mode - legal cheats
Journey Mode is the official "creative" mode of Terraria. Create a Traveler character and a world in Travel mode, open the power menu (icon under the inventory) - there are the most powerful cheats of the game:
- Research and dupe.Get any item, send the required amount for research - and then copy it endlessly. Gold, ore, equipment, accessories - you name it.
- God mode.Complete invulnerability, including damage from falling and drowning.
- Time and weather control.Acceleration up to 24x, freezing time, any weather and wind intensity.
- Range enhancement.Increased block placement range.
- Spawn control.The enemy spawn rate slider ranges from zero to ten times the norm: you can farm rare drops or build in silence.
An important nuance: Journey characters can only play in Journey worlds, and vice versa. On consoles and mobile versions, the mode works the same as on PC.
Main secret seeds
Entered into the seed field when creating a world; case and spaces are not important. Since version 1.4.5, all found seeds are saved in a separate menu and combined with each other.

New seeds for update 1.4.5
The January update added 35 new secret seeds. The most interesting:

Numerical seeds with cool loot
- 3.1.1.1595682516— two sanctuaries with enchanted swords at spawn, two pyramids, a large jungle. The best seed for co-op.
- 3.3.2.1295721258- boots for walking on water near the eastern ocean, ice skates, a lava amulet and a blue slug with a slug staff on the first day.
- 3.3.2.978515858— “five-minute” speedrunner seed: weapons, potions and chests right at the surface.
Enter numerical seeds exactly, with dots - unlike text ones, they are sensitive to the format and version of the game.
Secrets and lifehacks
- Combine seeds.Since version 1.4.5, the effects are cumulative: Drunk World + Not the Bees = both evil biomes in the honey jungle. The combination of all seeds is immediately known as True Zenith - the most hardcore mode in the history of the game.
- Check combinations locally.Some combinations create unplayable worlds - spend ten minutes testing in single player before starting the server.
- Dupe on the server.If the world host is in Travel mode, all players can use the power menu, including exploration and dupe.
- Secret “false” seeds.Due to the peculiarities of the algorithm, the Drunk world also generates completely unrelated phrases - for example, now aunt brush. There’s not much fun in this, but it’s an interesting fact.
- Achievement for seed.Just for creating a world with any secret seed you get the achievement “A Rare Realm”.
- TShock and tModLoader.For full-fledged server commands (kick, ban, issuing items, spawning bosses), admins use TShock, and mods use the official tModLoader. These are legal tools supported by the community.
