How to enable console in Quake
- Press the tilde ~ right in the game - the console in Quake is immediately available.
- In the 2021 remaster, cheats are enabled in the same way, through the console; achievements are disabled.

Frequently asked questions
- Do the codes work in the Quake 2021 remaster? Yes, the console and commands are preserved, including the Scourge of Armagon and Dissolution of Eternity add-ons.
- What about Quake II and Quake Champions? Quake II has its own similar commands (god, noclip, give all). Quake Champions is an online game, there are no cheats.
- Will cheats break the game? No, they are only for the current session. Saves are not corrupted.
