Прохождение Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 — квесты, выборы и все концовки (2026)

Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 is an RPG by Warhorse Studios and Deep Silver, released in February 2025 on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. The story of Henry of Skalitz continues: having escaped Trosky, he rides to Kuttenberg to help Radzig Kobyla raise an army against King Sigismund. In this walkthrough: survival basics, the story in parts, key quests with choices, and all endings — including six secret "early" ones.

Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 — Trosky, Hanush's castle in the valley

Basics: how to survive in medieval Bohemia

  • Speech wins fights — most conflicts resolve with words. Level speech and related skills (knighthood, charisma, intimidation).
  • Combat — watch the enemy's attack direction and strike where he is not defending. Against heavy enemies, dodging is more reliable than blocking.
  • Theft and lockpicking — night burglaries and lockpicking (minigame: keep the ball in the green zone) are the main source of money and rare gear.
  • Food, sleep, clothing — hunger and sleep deprivation cut your stats; dirty clothes hurt your reputation in town.
  • Saves — autosaves and "Saviour Schnapps"; make a manual save before important choices.
  • Armor — don't skip looting enemy corpses: early on it is your best set.

Part 1: The Trosky Region

Prologue: "The Last Rites"

The game opens not as Henry but as Father Bocuta: the defense of Trosky against Sigismund's troops. Knock down ladders with the crossbow, then melee in the courtyard. Henry is wounded in the story — and the escape begins.

Trosky and the valley

Henry hides under a false name in Trosky, works for Hanush, runs errands. The shepherd wolf-hunting quests give money and XP — don't skip them. Recruit companions in the "Brushes with Death" quest: the fates of Bruntvik, Mutt and others affect the finale.

The Thieves' Guild

In Kuttenberg (Kutna Hora) there are two branches: elder Chenek and ambitious Stulz. Tasks: handing out sausages to the poor, decoding the thieves' cipher (fountain on Vineyard Street → basement with the parchment), "After Death" (Hanum Roth's seal — search the gravedigger at night). The branch finale — "The Spark": Stulz offers to kill Chenek; your choice decides who leads the guild.

"The King's Gambit" and the dagger

Serve the councilors at the council: remember who asked for red or white wine (key 3 — "refuse" for Adam of Zarziczy). In the adjacent room grab the gloves, the goblet — and the knife from the scroll on the wall. In the evening King Sigismund arrives: sneak to the throne and press F — a secret early ending: Henry is stabbed by the guards.

The Feast, the Exodus, the Fox Den

The fortress is attacked, brother Kristof dies (the "Die Another Day" achievement — if he survived the fight). Saving the Jews of Kuttenberg, escape through the catacombs. At the camp — "The Fox Den": investigating the poisoning of Cert (the poison is "Kiss of Death", the culprit is Stepan Vorona). Arguments for the trial: tracks at the scene, a soldier's dagger, poison in his belongings.

"Dancing with the Devil" — the key choice

Dry Devil offers to burn the village of Maleshov to lure out the garrison. Agreeing leads to the bad ending. Refusing — a duel with Devil: a hard fight (knock away his shield with a strike at the arm, then combo). Victory unlocks the "No Good Deed Goes Unpunished" achievement and the good branch.

Oratores and the Italian Job

The chase after the Cardinal: Mutt accidentally kills him — Bocuta dresses as the Cardinal. At the Vlach Court don't raise suspicion (the "A Real Cardinal" achievement) while Henry cracks the vault. Assault, rescue of the lords, escape through the blown tunnel.

The Siege of Suchdol

Duel with Erik: poisons on the blade, kiting and the bow. The siege: the "Hunger and Despair" quest — get food (stand up for the dog Bumbac, brew the "broth" from Frenzel's wife's shoes). "Retribution": at Markvart choose a worthy death or leave him. Then — Samuel's fate: save him (carry him to the horse) — the army arrives a day later and the Praguers take the silver; leave him — he is hanged, but reinforcements arrive in time.

Finale: "Dies Irae"

Repel the assault, open the gates via the mechanism, final battle. Epilogue: the vision of the parents — this is where the ending is decided.

Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 — negotiations with the lords in the hall

Part 2: The Kuttenberg Region

The game's biggest city: work for Jan Zizka and Liechtenstein, councils with allies, raising the army. Key storylines: the silver mines (the "Via Argentum" quest: better not take Buresh's bribe — kill him and take the letter from Vavak), negotiations with the lords, the plot against Sigismund. The story is largely linear: the main thing is not to miss the side chains that affect the epilogue ("The Rats" — the fate of von Aulitz and others).

Endings: good, bad and six secret ones

There is one final mission, but the epilogue changes based on "honor points" accumulated across the game.

EndingConditions
Good (Henry stays honorable)Don't kill innocents, save Semin, refuse to burn Maleshov (beat Devil), spare Brabant, choose "I regret it" in the finale
Bad (Henry becomes a villain)Steal and murder, side with Gashek in Semin, burn Maleshov, kill Brabant, choose "I don't regret it" in the finale
Early #1"For Whom the Bell Tolls" — wait for all the bells: Ptacek is hanged
Early #2"Necessary Evil" — tell Bergov about the murder of Gashek the bailiff
Early #3"For Victory!" — do nothing and let Ptacek die
Early #4 (killing the king)"The King's Gambit" — knife from the scroll, strike at Sigismund
Early #5"Oratores" — let the Cardinal escape
Early #6"The Italian Job" — blow your cover, failing to pose as Italians

Separately — Racek's sword: in the epilogue, choosing "settle down/open a business" makes Henry refuse the sword; "adventurer/warrior" — he accepts it.

Tips

  • Level 2–3 skills deeply instead of spreading points: perks beat spread stats.
  • Early money: shepherd quests, knocked-out goblets, stolen goods sell to fences at night.
  • Before duels (Devil, Erik): poisons on the blade, best armor, a spare save.
  • Save before "The King's Gambit", "Dancing with the Devil" and the sieges — those are points of no return.
  • Farm the secret endings right away: NG+ doesn't carry everything, some triggers reset.
